What if I need the bag longer than 7 days?

Just let us know! We have a 3-day grace period built in. If you need an extended rental (14 or 30 days), contact us and we'll work out the details. Extended rental tiers are coming soon.

What if something breaks or gets lost?

Accidents happen — we get it. Minor wear is expected and covered. If a component is damaged beyond use or lost, the cost may be deducted from your security deposit. We'll always talk with you first.

How is the bag cleaned between rentals?

Every M.O.M. Bag is professionally sanitized between rentals. The backpack itself is medical-grade and designed to be sterilized. We take hygiene seriously — your baby's health is our priority.

How do I return it?

Bring the complete kit back to Gulf Coast Breastfeeding Center at 6340 Kiln Delisle Road, Suite C, Pass Christian, MS 39571. We'll inspect it and process your refund the same day.

When do I get my deposit back?

Once we receive and inspect your returned bag, your $75 deposit is refunded within 3–5 business days back to your original payment method.

Can I rent more than one bag at a time?

Currently each family can rent one M.O.M. Bag at a time. We have limited inventory and want to make sure every mama who needs one can get one.
